About the Event
We are requesting your support for HMS by attending a brief meeting (15-20 minutes) to learn how to take advantage of Arizona’s tax credit scholarship system. The AZ tax credit system allows you to designate your child as a scholarship recipient and can also support other students and families of HMS.
In Arizona, you can convert your state tax liability into scholarship funds for students at Heritage Montessori School. 100% of your contribution can be taken as a Tax Credit against your AZ state taxes. In other words, if you owe money when you file your taxes this year, you will owe less by the amount you donated. If you are getting a refund, you will get a larger refund.
Even if you are currently familiar with or had some exposure to these programs, we are encouraging you to attend to hear some recent updates.
